Term and cancellation

Initial term: twelve months. For consumers, the contract then continues indefinitely with monthly billing and can be cancelled at any time with no more than one month’s notice.

Permanent device binding

Each device seat is permanently assigned to the first activated Windows computer. No regular transfer or replacement seat is included.

Contract documents

I accept the applicable Terms. I accept the applicable EULA. I understand the permanent device binding. I expressly agree that performance may begin before the fourteen-day withdrawal period ends. I confirm that I know my right of withdrawal is lost when performance begins after my express consent, provided all statutory requirements are met and the contract confirmation is supplied on a durable medium.
