How do I remove a video or 3D animation from a Box?
Open Desktop Experiences for that Box and choose Remove video. The animation stops and the Box returns to its independent color or static background image. Removing a video never removes files from the Box.
Can I use a 3D animation as the desktop background?
Yes. Select a supplied animation and choose Use as desktop background. Stop desktop animation or Restore previous desktop background returns to the previous state. If a static wallpaper is active, the guided action replaces it instead of layering two backgrounds.
Why does a preview not loop?
